My exercise clothes are from Wal-mart. I honestly couldn't care less if my outfit looks good while drenched in sweat.

Why not. It's a good goal to have, instead of a number on a scale.

I know how you feel. I've dropped to a 1200 calorie diet with 30-45 minutes of high intensity workouts a day, and I've GAINED weight. No soda, basically no carbs (a little here and there), drinking nothing but water and maybe one tiny cup of coffee once or twice a week. And no positive change.

I guess it's fairly new? I'm not eating too many salty things, though I am drinking lots of water.

I started on the 24th of July and have done 8 days with rest in between. Big difference in my endurance level, though I still feel sick and dizzy afterwards. Taking 2 days of rest though; it's definitely needed.
