CHALLENGE: 45 minutes a day of activity

There are precisely 21 days left of August, a perfect three week time frame to challenge ourselves to work on fitness. I want to create a goal to exercise for a minimum of 45 minutes per day each day for the remainder of the month. Anyone on board????

    Why not. It's a good goal to have, instead of a number on a scale.

    I'm in. Saw your post earlier and it motivated me to get my workout in. I'm a backslider and regained almost all of the weight I had lost a few years ago. So now I'm back at it. Hope to look like my profile picture again within a year.
