Does anyone ever have a day once every week or two where they cheat a little on eating healthy and at their calorie goal? I'm trying hard not to do something like that, but is it normal to treat yourself every once in a while?
I've been doing a 1200 calorie diet and a minimum of high intensity circuit training for 20 minutes a day. I typically add 20 minutes of swimming at a moderate pace afterwards. I've been doing this for 9 days and I've managed to gain weight. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
