I recently cut out all starchy carbs and I realised that I feel so much better without them. For dinner on friday I allowed myself to have carbs and I woke up feeling like crap on saturday. So glad I don't eat them every day.

haha I think I'm just being paranoid but I feel like it takes up a lot of my calories intake and doesn't really keep me that full

I'm doing 30 Day Shred and I'm currently on day 24. I would strongly recommend HIIT training. In 24 days I can see such a big difference in my body (especially my stomach, arms, back) and it has really incresed my fitness levels. I used to do it barefoot but I prefer to do it in athletic shoes, I find that I perform some of the exercises a lot better that way :)
