Hi I have for breakfast 2 days a week a banana with low fat yoghurt. I usually have 4 piecs of fruit a day as well and eat them in between if I feel hungry and I have some melon for my supper.

I usually go from work, so I do have make up on, but if I am going to the gym from home no I dont bother. Wearing make up or no make up does not help my weight loss its what I do at the gym :bigsmile:
