I ate Subway yesterday after working out. It was late, and I was tired and didn't want to cook. I got there, and had to wait about 25 minutes. The guy offered me a free cookie for my wait, and I proudly said NO. Before, I would've eaten it anyway. I was proud that I resisted.

Thanks everyone! I've tried to friend some of you but it's being weird. I've lost 21 pounds now, and it's great! If you want to friend me, please do so!!

Thanks, everyone! And yes, 1.5 pounds a week is pretty good, I guess I'm just an impatient person. Lol.

I hold my weight very evenly for being pretty overweight. You would never guess I weigh the amount I actually do lol. And thanks! I have a forest green cardigan that I think I'm going to wear, but other than that, I have no clue! I am not a fashion person lol.

Thanks, everyone!

Thanks, everyone! I think I'm going to start making smoothies.

What exactly are you eating? If you eat fruits and veggies every day, then you will feel a lot fuller faster. Losing a pound a week is very attainable! I have been on here 81 days, and I have lost about a pound and a half a week. Granted, I weigh a lot more than you. But depending on your height, you may already be at a…

Thanks everyone for all your ideas!

Yeah! It's so annoying lol. I don't understand why it does it.
-
Yes.
-
No, sorry lol.

That's why I joined Planet Fitness lol. If someone did that, they'd "lunk alarm" them!

Beautiful!

That's definitely not teeny tiny! That's great!!!!! Good job. Aesthetics are great and all, and it's okay to lose weight because of that, but health is the most important thing, and it sounds like yours is back on track!

Today my calories on here went down for the first time! :)

Also, I think it's all attitude. You can wish to be skinny all you want, but until something snaps you're not going to work at it.

I've been overweight my whole life. I'm only 20, and can't remember a time I was a healthy weight. Even as a child I was overweight, bar at 14 when I joined weight watchers. While I don't think anyone is "destined" to be fat, there are people who just have slow metabolisms and it's a somewhat predetermined thing. My whole…

I'm very active, and we have similar to lose. I've been looking for more friends! Add me if you want! :)

You don't have to do that much cardio, especially for your weight. It is very possible to overdo cardio, and you're definitely on the verge. I would suggest doing cardio, but make sure you're not getting tired, or run-down. When you do, it's time to stop. Also, you're body can go into "starvation mode" if you're not eating…

I don't know if you already do this, but the elliptical machine works wonders. It's the only exercise machine I can stand for more than about 2 seconds lol. I lost a bunch of weight back in 2008, and was solely using the elliptical. I got asked many times if I ran track or played some sort of sport, because of how it toned…

I never watch movies over and over. But my favorite is Forrest Gump and I've watched it at least 20 times!

I suggest eating a lot, then! There are so many healthy snack options that are easy to cook and prepare. Salsa, for example, is yummy and low-calorie! You don't even have to put it on a stove! Also, things like roasted chickpeas, cheez-its (surprising), and some other things are low-calorie snacks. Half of weight loss is…

I know this sounds horrible, and most people don't like them, but Spaghetti O's! I'm basically a tall kid, so I love them. They're only about a dollar a can and most of the time can be split into two servings. They also have a lot of protein.

Thanks everyone! And by groupings, I meant instead of literally eating fruits and veggies 5 times a day, finding a way to put it in one big thing or eat them all at once.

I'm 20 and live in Missouri. I also have PCOS, and was diagnosed about 2012. I have lost weight before, circa 2007, when I was 14 years old. I lost 50 pounds on Weight Watchers, but of course gained it all back because I didn't know about my PCOS and I just didn't keep up with the diet. If you want to add me, you can! I…

Thanks so much, ladies!

I too recently had a breakup, although not for the same reason. Honestly, if someone is going to break up with you for being "fat" then you don't want them in your life. You should be losing weight for yourself, and no one else! I know it's hard to think about, but honestly that's just such a lame excuse that I bet he was…
