  • Yeah, I did some research on the diet because I was interested but when I saw some of the HOSTILE responses to other people's questions I decided to abandon asking on this board anyway... People can be harsh and some even judgemental... Good luck to you anyway!
  • Don't give up. We workout for our health as well as to lose weight (in some cases). Exercise is a fact of life. Just remember you are doing your body good by working out. Keep working out and eat right. You'll see a change. Also, if you have time work out a little longer and crank up your power walk a little. Hang in there!

  • I agree. I think the calorie count on here for weight lifting is grossly off. It makes you NOT want to lift because you want to see calories burning!
