It's healthy to eat the calories you burned. But if you don't want to do that... just eat the bare minimum of your calorie goals. I usually zig-zag my calorie intake a lot (not on purpose though)... so I guess that helps with weight loss... so I've heard anyways. Just make to sure to eat a good amount of calories per day…

I'd suggest just checking it once a week or just log it once a week. I usually weigh myself in the morning :) If you still feel the need to weigh yourself everyday just choose to log it once a week at a certain time so it's the same as your last weigh in :)

I think pasta is only bad when it's not whole grain/wheat pasta... as well as rice and bread... It's just a thing of good carbs and bad carbs... and people are always scared of carbs, but they shouldn't be!

Today I said no to YoYumYum Yogurt today because I wanted to get my 1st day of C25K out of the way before homework. Also in the past... I've said no to homemade pizza, no to starbucks/coffee bean, no to any fast food place I was offered within the past 3 weeks. The list could go on...

I usually try to put my scale somewhere I can't see it (so I'll forget it exists haha) and set an alarm for Saturday mornings to remind myself that I can weigh myself again. I usually try to wait 1-2 weeks because I like to be surprised by a lower number :3

That should be normal. I lost 4 pounds my first week...then 2 pounds...and this week I lost 3 pounds :) almost 10 pounds in less than 3 weeks! I did much of what you're doing. A lot of my MFP friends actually do log their exercise as cleaning. Hey I've sweat before cleaning... must be doing some form of exercise... lots of moving around o_o. I say go for it since it's the only form of movement you can do.

Yeah, I have weight training every morning 5 times a week. Daily we are doing something that tests our body in anyway. I don't think either really plays a part in how much you lose... just how much you work while running inside or out. I personally love running outside... because I can stay cool and not sweat as much, but I still feel my heart pounding from the cardio workout! It's great! Agreed!!! I love tuna! It's delicious and nutritious! Great source of protein (so if you want to gain muscle...this is a good food) Whoever said it's bad for you, it's cause they might drown it in mayonnaise :(
