I'm not looking to use it to make the weight loss faster. I want to make sure I'll still have enough energy to work out or if its just a waste. I work 10+ hours a day, so some shifts I am there for 2 meals and I only get one in and then end up having a quick snack (which tends to be junk).

Well I started doing a lot more strength training this week and man oh man am I sore!!! The scale was up today----and it has got to be water retention because my eating has been on track. Hopefully by Sunday it will be 157 something!! Keep up your hard work ladies!
