Don't be bummed-- you have recognized the slip. You have also recognized that you are feeling like continuing to eat yummy stuff. Don't fall into all or nothing thinking. Just get back on track- do a day or two of stricter deficit and then continue with a moderate deficit. Have small amounts of whatever you crave everyday.…
