i am always amazed at how sodium- even just one salty meal- or ibuprofen can add a couple pounds of water weight. And of course TOM. Keep at it. I cant tell you how many times I feel discouraged too. Hugs- this day will pass & you will feel better.

I got into basketball because of Allen Iverson. Always thought that shorter, awesome, bball players are even more awesome because of their height disadvantage. The bio documentary on AI- simply called Iverson is a great watch. Highly recommended to all basketball fanatics! Go Warriors!

Thanks @middlehaitch. I can get the weight down. I just need to believe in myself! I also really need to develop more stringent habits. I am a very spontaneous person, and get bored or uninspired by routine. And being a foodie doesn't help much either.:0

My advice is be careful if you are going to start a weight training program- much like lemongirlbc I injured myself by being too zealous- and set myself back over a year with an injured and then frozen shoulder.
