I added 30 day shred as a workout and i just adjust the cals... i personally burn about 250 cals but thats just me

level 1 day 2... my quads are killing me... my biceps and calves are a little sore but my quads hurt so so so bad... im hoping by the end of the week i feel a little better... i am going to take the weekends off though just so i dont over do it...

Just got done with day one... wow!!! the hardest for me was the jumping jacks... the rest was not so bad... i had to hold the boobs down so i gotta get a couple of sports bras... heart is racing and now that i have had a chance to relax i feel GREAT!!!! i was wondering though how do we log this????

try spacing out your water intake throughout the day. I mainly drink a bottle of water before a meal. I myself just had my 3rd son 5 weeks ago and my bladder sucks.
