I mostly just want to know if it is a realistic goal? I was this weight at the start of the year but was told I was too thin, yet it was the only time I was happy with my body?! So im confused?

thanks that is a good idea, as I don't think I do eat enough during the week and not much variety mayve I should try to eat more

I do exercise quite alot already I have put on weight since exercising I think that's why I am concerned about My weight. I still look the same however after gaining weight that's why I am confused?
