weightloss advice needed
Hi guys I am in need of advice!! I have booked a holiday for jan 18th 2015 and I would really like to look good in my bikini! My current weight is 65kg (not big but I feel uncomfortable) and my goal weight is 60kg at least by mid jan…is this achievable? and does anyone have any tips on how I could manage this??? thanks

eating before bed
hi I go to the gym quite late and often I don't eat dinner til afterwards and even if I do have dinner before hand I am still hungry for a snack when I get home after finishing my workout is this ok cause I am usually in bed an hour or two after this? cause ive heard eating too close to bedtime is a bad thing for weight…

anything you dont count in daily calories?
hi there I was wondering if there is anything that people leave out of their daily calorie count? eg teas, coffees, and other drinks around 20cal and under?

hi I was wondering if I should count walking in my exercise for the day I walk about an hour a day to and from uni and I log this yet I don't count the 8hrs I spend walking around at work other days i think i log the hour because it is purposeful and the walking at work is just incidental to the job so which should i count…

ruining my diet on the weekend
hi I am a really great eater from Monday to Thursday with a lot of exercise, yet I work over the weekend and don't have time to exercise yet I really let go of what I eat on the weekend does this happen to anyone else? how can I stick to it 7 days

how fast did you lose weight?
I am just wondering how long it will take to lose some weight? I know it is usually a bit in the beginning and slows as time goes by? is this true? I would to hear how much people lost initially and how long it took?

are macros important if within calorie limit
hi my macro for carbs is sometimes over by a bit yet my fat is waaaaaay under, however I have never passed my overall calories does this matter?
