should i be worried about my weight

hi I just joined mfp to get my eating back on track I currently weigh 65kg and I am 168cm and I don't look fat at all clothed I look quite slim, however, I seem to be pre-occupied with my weight all the time how can I stop?

If it is a constant source of obsession, maybe you should talk to a medical professional.
As far as pure numbers are concerned, I think you're just about right around the "perfect" weight for your height, if such a thing exists. However, you might want to start some type of exercise (a bit of cardio to keep your heart healthy, a bit of strength training)0 -
I do exercise quite alot already I have put on weight since exercising I think that's why I am concerned about

I think MFP is a good every day tool even if you are not working hard towards a fitness goal. I would not worry about your weight. If you exercise moderately and eat healthy, you are on a good path.0
