i cant leave this job through it is great pay and fits in with my busy uni schedule
does anyone have any ideas?0 -
only advice is trying to eat more often so you don't crave the foods when you see it .. Hopefully ... Make sure you bring in your lunch and snacks!
I have an office job and for me and my habits its really hard not having a bag of chips or something else to nibble on at work so I try to eat every 2 hours so that 1. i have something to look forward to and 2. I feel more full
Hope that helps0 -
Chew sugarless gum. If possible, when the urge to grab food strikes go brush your teeth. Or get a drink of water. Aversion therapy, put a rubber band around your wrist and snap yourself when you are about to give in to temptation.0

If you are unable to handle yourself at work then you are probably not eating enough during the week. I mean, I worked at Chuck E Cheese in high school, but I didn't eat pizza every 5 minutes. I also wasn't restricting calories and only ate there if I didn't bring my own food.0

thanks that is a good idea, as I don't think I do eat enough during the week and not much variety mayve I should try to eat more

I bake cupcakes, pastries and bread for extra money.
I treat them as merchandise, not food.
Also, I bring my food. This helps me avoid temptation and save $.0
