I made this for dinner tonight - my only modifications were that I only used 2 tsp of light I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, I used No-Salt Added Veg stock instead of chix because that is what I had on hand, & I cut my chix breast into thin slices before cooking. I served it over brown rice & everyone LOVED it! Thank you…

Day 1 of week 4 under my belt! I also agree with Cbanjo - it is "easier" than week 3! I injured my wrist so I am wearing a brace & had to modify some moves - but I still got a good workout. From last Wed to today, I lost 1.25" off of my waist, 1" off of my hips & 1/2' off of each thigh, No decrease in arms or calves...…

Plan a mini-vacation or GNO or date night or a month from now... I find that having a future event I want to look my best for helps motivate me! And WAY TO GO on the 47 pounds!!!

You could easily buy frozen veggie mixes (inexpensive, healthy & easy) & stir fry them with chicken tenderloins (packages are reasonably inexpensive - I buy organic ones from Walmart) which require very little prep work. I also keep a bag of frozen shrimp around (like $6 a pound) as well. Just add seasoning - watch the…

Feel free to add this fellow North Carolinian!

Tomorrow is my last day of week 3 & i am GLAD!!! My glutes & hams are SORE - but I am happy about that cuz those areas need major work lol. I can't wait to check my measurements on Wednesday AM b4 I start week 4. I fit into some jeans yesterday (really fit - not tight at all!) that I had no idea I could get back into again…

Love your pictures and your attitude!!!! I have lost 17 pound total & just this weekend I realized I can wear some of my "skinny" clothes - and did!

From one forty-something to another, WAY TO GO!!!

HOLY (#&T!!! I found level 3 CHALLENGING!!!! I felt like it moved along much faster than weeks 1 & 2... and my legs are already sore. I did the best I could, but I definitely did not do everything "right..." I felt a bit overwhelmed!!! It will be interesting to see how I progress through this level. From last week to this…

I still do entertain... but not with the same frequency & not everyone enjoys healthier fare... that is just reality! And admittedly, my friends are used to me producing decadent dishes & desserts!! I am also being especially restrictive until the end of this month - I am going on a birthday beach trip - so I am avoiding…

I can relate... I am always planning my meals & avoiding situations where I cannot access or eat healthy food. It has definitely affected my social life because I I have cut down on entertaining (I love to cook & have dinner parties) as well as eating out with friends, and I am avoiding alcohol. When I am maintaining it is…

Today was my last day of Week 2... I am excited to take my measurements tomorrow & start Week 3. I just got into a couple of pairs of jeans I couldn't squeeeeze into a week ago, so I expect to see measurable progress!

Finally got under 145!!! Yesterday was my "rest day" and last week I did a different video on that day... yesterday I considered my "workout" to be doing laundry & cleaning lol. So, I was surprised to see the scale drop almost a pound when I weighed myself this AM. Either way, I'll take it!!! 1/2way through week 2... YAY!!!

I haven't had anyone point that out to me, but I FEEL like I am less fun... I am not drinking until my bday trip at the end of this month, I am not planning any dinners out with other couples or gfs, I bring my own food to friends' houses/cook-outs, I am not entertaining right now (I am known for gourmet & ethnic dinner…

Oh I am NOT giving up lol. I definitely do NOT want to gain or maintain - so all I can do is eat right & keep working out - eventually it will come off. I was down to 137 at the beginning of March, but after heading to Chicago, Vegas & Savannah in a space of 2 months & eating my way through the 4th of July - BOOM I was up…

Day 2 Week 2 - I am SORE today - and in different places than I was last week, so YAY?!? I haven't been able to get under 145 pounds - I am REALLY hoping to do that this week. This is the slowest weight loss I have ever experienced - I am thinking it is a combination of my age (almost 42) & the fact that I am on the pill…

Day 1 Week 2 -- I was DEFINITELY challenged, but I like a lot of this weeks moves better than last week. Except the planking cardio moves - WHOA, DUDE!!! I am pleased to report that I actually lost inches between Day 1 Week 1 & today! Not HUGH losses, but an inch off my waist, .75 off my hips, 1 inch off right thigh, .75…

Great job!!!

This was my last day of Week 1!! YAY I survived! I mastered a lot of the moves, but there were a few I just couldn't do - or at least do "right" or as many reps as the ladies on the screen. But I definitely feel more fit & I am looking forward to starting week 2 & taking measurements again tomorrow. I will post how many…

Day 3 down here... still sore all over! I took measurements on day 1, and I plan to take them once a week to track my progress. Can't wait to whittle away some inches!!!

The noddles & the sauce look great - I love cauliflower! Did you actually use heavy cream like it calls for in the recipe?!
-
I survived week 1/day 2! I am definitely sore - but I like it! It means my efforts are paying off!

I am a single mother of 2 teens with CRAZY schedules + a live-in boyfriend (who works 12 hours a day/6 days a week & is not available to assist with teen driving duties, etc. - since he manages a restaurant I rarely have to feed him though lol) & I also have a TOTALLY sedentary job. I am addicted to work-out DVDs - I have…

OK... I survived Day 1 Week 1... It wasn't perfect & it certainly wasn't pretty but I feel good! Just curious... what are you logging this as in your Exercise Logs? I entered it as 20 minutes of circuit training...
