Eating spinach is a big no for me, causing pain and diarrhea. The only Quest bar I ever tried had a similar result, I assumed it was the sugar alcohols. Also, all the deep fried foods of the world are on my ‘be careful’ list for the same reason. Goodbye Indian fry bread, sob! :/

7/21 I haven’t posted in several days mostly because I’ve been busy hosting out of town family. It’s been fun to have them in town and to visit together but surely kept me busy. I’m happy that I stayed close to my calorie goals the last 3 days and got in some intentional exercise, walking and/or core exercises each day…

My red flags are those days that I am stuck inside at home post-migraine or vertigo attack. Lots of self pity. The good news is that I don’t eat anywhere near the amount of calories that I would have in the past, and I usually track it all because I want an accurate calorie count.
