fit bit adds and takes away through out the day depending on how active you are being. from what iv read in the fitbit group it only adjusts up if you have exceeded what mfp expected you to have done by then

all I drink is water, black coffee (no sugar) and diet coke / coke zero I love water with ice cubes to crunch on though so drink alot of that no matter what else im drinking

not read all the replies, just wanted to say that if sorting washing and clean bedrooms was a good calorie burn Id be under weight by now, 5 kids and a husband to sort clothes for and clean up after leaves me warn out and very sweaty.............i still dont log it..........its NOT a work out, its life

yep my flex 2 logs a bike ride if i am pushing the pushchair so I put it in my pocket....problem solved. it also logged that id done a 26min swim........id actually been putting washing away lol

Iv got a flex 2 and love it, step count is around 99% on the dot wether i wear it on my wrist of have it in my pocket (I do that because if im pushing the pushchair it registers it as a bike ride not a walk lol) and i love the fact it tracks swimming to, has always been spot on for my swims on time/distance swam

thanks everyone, there are alot of ideas there for me try. I did do one last night, i thought it smelt vile though so let the husband try it for dinner. tbh it did smell nicer once cooking and he said it was nice. he is also still alive so thats a good thing lol

i tend to have the same dinner through the week as I just make a big batch of whatever Im gonna have, weigh everything as t goes in and devide by 5, 5 nights dinners sorted in 1 go and easily logged I tend to eat different things for brunch (dont eat breakfast so have an earluer lunch around 11am) and weekends vary…
