Marinade

anyway, when marinading chicken breasts should i log everything thats in the marinade?

and on that note, anyone got any ideas for nice ones I can do? i like a bit of spice but not too much where as the husband like spicy spice lol

    I never logged a marinade...not that much is going to actually stick to the meat...it's negligible IMO and not worth the effort.
