Well ... I did about 70% of my goals :-/
-
Congrats to both of you! It is the little things that make us smile!
-
I need to correct that earlier line .... I am not entering food intake in fitbit .... I am tracking intake in MFP...
-
My Goals: 1) Keep my steps (Fitbit tracked) at 10,000 Min. each day 2) Drink at least 64 oz of water each day (this is hard for me) 3) Continue to not drink soda or anything sugar based (mostly un-sweetened tea these days) 4) Track everything I eat and drink (that has calories) @betsysjl you are much better than me ... I…

One lesson learned on Fitbit so far - DO NOT enter your food directly onto that app as it doesn't feed over to MFP... So I am not plugging into MFP to feed into Fitbit... weird.

@abbyjane81 what are Energy Balls?
-
I have realized there is no such thing as " a little sugar " -- once I have one bite all I want to do is eat sweets. If I stay away I don't crave :-( I now have a Surge and it is nice to know how much (or how little) I have gotten done!!
-
I have my surge - still figuring it out -- soon to create group ;-)
-
I should have mine very soon and yes - I need all types of motivation!
-
Sweet! Thanks
-
I will share as soon as I get it -- it is a work program so I put my 1st and 2nd choices down. I am going to play with creating a fitbit group to get steps in for Cheeky Chics --- open to the idea?
-
Congrats!
-
My goals -- No soda, no eating fast food, no non-organic frozen meals -- continue clean eating.
-
@RENAEJAE -- what are the recipes for the soup and cauliflower -- both sound amazing! Sorry about the invasive test!
-
Ok 23 below zero makes me cry for you!! Abby - Congrats on the loss! Betsy - 20 years is awesome!!
-
I am thinking about it ... however I have great issue with the idea of throwing up in public :-/ I am scared the heat will have a negative effect.
-
Sorry! My coworker left and I picked up her work on top of mine ... so crazy hours and bringing work home. Good news -- no stress binging (unless you count 2 oranges at snack time)
-
I will add you to a group I created for women who need to lose 100+lbs
-
Not a silly question and excellent answer!
-
Great job!!

No diet - diets are evil and unrealistic for me... What I have done and do my best to stick to: - No Soda period (bad for you) - Limit alcohol to 1-2 drinks a week - Some type of exercise a day (walking counts) - 50 Crunches (min -- 100 max), 25 push-ups and planks every nightI do not want loose skin and this will help…
-
Excellent - I will share my ID once I get one ... work program starting up in the next couple of months! Look forward to grouping!
-
Welcome and congrats!!
-
Welcome to the group!!

I am not diabetic and not certain if my post applies -- but wanted to share! So very sorry JillShadow for the pain! Workout: My feet used to burn, go numb and blister.... my issue was due to not wearing the correct type of shoes and socks. I went to a store that did the gait analysis and bought shoes and socks from them…
