Hello, I found that they have 20 g proteins and 24 g carbos on each 100 g. But, they do not contain added sugars. On other place I found 2-7 g carbos, so what is the truth? many thanks!!!

Dont worry, I will do it just for a short time to give myself time to loose some over-fat I got buy eating a lot of "just - a- littles" and "nothing- will -happen's". I adore egg yolks btw:smile:

I will just be a little bit more carefull till I get rid of fat pads on wrong places...that is all...and try carefully to replace the nutrients using other sources...

Hi! I found white cow cheese to containt 13 g proteins on 100 g product fats 0.5 g to 100 g cheese carbohydrates 3.5 on 100 g cheese Few days ago I had some protein bars and when I wrote them into our table, I realised it contained less proteins then written on embalage...what yre your experiences?

Wgich vegetables have the biggest protein / fats and protein / carbohydrates ratio? eggs do not containt carbohydrates, but they do contain fats..almost as much as proteins...
