260, I am getting my 5 now!!! Yeah!!!My ETS is in april, so I am not sure if I am going to stay in. I had my daughter in Dec 07. So I am kinda a new mommy. I dont know what I am going to do??

Fiber one everything. I just tried the pancake mix....yummmmmy. Even my daughter and boyfriend will eat it! Put low sugar syrup on it and it rocks my world.

I ran a PT test which is 2 mile run, 2 min of push ups then situps. I took 1 and half min. off my 2 mile run. and I lost no weight but 4 % body fat!!!! I walked/ran 65 mins today! Half of the time I had 5# dumbells in each hand. Can i log that in the exercises? I am sure that is extra calories! Maybe a little ice cream tonight?? I am so naught.:blushing:

I am in the army reserves and I have to get "weighed in" once a month in front of other people (like men.) I have to do that this weekend. They do not understand what a baby can do to a women's body. Then I get *****ed out for not losing enough weight in that month. I use to get really upset but i do not care any more....…

I started seriously working out 2 weeks ago. I gained 2 lbs. I was really frustrated! I now lost those 2 pounds plus 1. I am really excited. I just feel really good now. I totally agree!! My fiancee and I have a 1 yr old, we are both in college, living in an apartment. Make sure you have everything in line (even fitness) I learned that the hard way!! Everything happens for a reason!

I really dont know, i always have calories left over. I work out 6x/week. But weight loss is not happening. But I am working on fitness, not what the scale says. Total I had 900 calories left over.

I did 4.5, I had to do it inside, wish it wasnt -20 degrees out today....:sad: But I did get some me time, I luv me time, even if it is running me time.

Frozen cool whip with sugar free choc. syrup! Yummy. I also make a banana cream pie, made with reduced fat crust, sugar free banana pudding, and lots of banana chunks. You can make in single serving things. I like to freeze those also it takes longer to eat!

thanks! More water less salt, more veggies! I did not change my eating at all. I just wanted to start working out again. I am under alot of stress lately, maybe that has something to do with it! I am not going to weigh myself for 1 week!

Ive been working out for 1 week, a total of 6 times, 75 minutes each time. How the heck did I gain 2 lbs. I think I am going to stop weighing myself. It just makes me depressed. :cry: :sad:

Just got back! Just started running in the a.m. and I LUV it! It gives me a boost thru out my day! Plus I can't wait to put my Exercise in to see how many calories I burned!! Which means I can eat more :bigsmile:
