Can't do it this week. I just saw you can't have beer. My fiance and I are having a get away weekend. I plan on drinking, I haven't drank in over 4 months. I think i might try on monday tho!!

I totally know how you feel. I go in phases. I am doing awesome and losing weight the right way, to eating everything in sight. Did you enter all of the calories you were eating? Maybe just concentrate on charting everything you eat again. If you ever need to talk, email me. Michelle

so i ate at arby's. I luv arby's sooo much, we only get it once in awhile. I think those calories really kicked my butt because I could not workout today. So i dont think I'm going to eat dinner. I am sooo close to losing 10 pounds I really don't want to mess it up!
