I carry a 64 oz "jug" and refill it many times throughout the day. Not overkill for me. Again that's just me. I've always been "thirsty".

It is a little disconcerting that people are so focused on what others are eating. This is to focus on what you are eating. Encouragment to eat totally organic is great, but not everyone has access to this or can afford to purchase the higher priced organic items. Don't knock people as to their food choices. Un-friend them…

I drink anywhere from 2 to 3 gallons daily. I drink it slowly throughout the day starting at 6am and ending at 10 or 11pm. I have never had trouble drinking that much or do I have to use the restroom like crazy. I guess it just depends onthe person.

Thank you for all the insight. It's terribly annoying. I will try the next time to keep my hands and arms moving to see if that helps!

I had to have mine removed after 3 years of acute pain that eventually became chronic. I lost 25 lbs prior to surgery because I couldn't eat anything without pain and extreme vomiting. After surgery I lost another 30 lbs due to a healthier diet. Although once my body adjusted I slacked and gained it all back plus some. Try…

Praying surgery went well and that the doctors take excellent care of him til he comes home.:flowerforyou:

From what I have read eating fewer than the recommended daily calories for yourself sends your body into starvation mode and makes your metabolic rate lower causing weight gain. I have had days that at the end I've only hit 900 calories or a little more and haven't been hungry. Although, I think my problem stems from…

Unless you have blood pressure issues you can try balancing the sodium you take in by increasing your potassium intake.

I start my day off with a water bottle and try to remind myself to drink every 15 minutes. Even just a SIP. I keep it full and have found that some day I drink between 2-3 gallons a day by bedtime. I thought this would cause more frequent trips to the bathroom, but I have found that if I get in a really good sweat from my…

Natural diuretics (watermelon, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, green tea) might help and cutting back on back on sodium. Also try to balance high sodium days by joint your potassium intake. These things have helped me. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods
