I have to work out before he wakes up for after bed time. Or have the hubs watch him. He thinks it is play time when I do planks or sit ups so he wants to be right on top of me :) Fun times. Adds extra weight.

I usually do my work out's and run's first thing in the morning. I find that food makes me slower. But with that said I have had my best results from running in the morning. I feel better and I have been losing weight and fat with the work outs. So morning is best for me.

I just started Body Combat last week and I love it. I finished T25 (on it about 5 months) and I loved that one too. I think the cardio in T25 got me ready for the Body Combat. I like the punches and the weights they use. Not seeing a change now but the weight is droping some.

I have 25-30 more pound to lose (down 58) and my goal this year is to run a half marathon. I have signed up for one and am scared to death :)

I feel you! My little one is turning two on Saturday and it was tough to get this weight off. I am close to prepregnancy weight now but I was slowed down by C-Section and broken wrist. So that put me back about a year from starting. But you can do it. You have the motivation and will find that stride again! Keep at it.

I use a scale to measure my food and look at info in packages. I try to stay as close to what I can find online. But eating out is difficult

Sorry that is worded wrong. I stay to 1500 but sometimes eat around 1300 but most of the time 1500. And I do not eat back my calories burned.

I am not sure there is a pregnancy option. I think you would just have to log the ups and the downs. I use an app called Happy Scale that has a graph of my ups and downs. That might be something to look into to go along with this.

I am working off my baby weight now. My sweetie is 18 months old and after a c-section and breaking my wrist in the same year I didnt get back really started till July of last year. So here we go. Baby Fat Be Gone!!!!!

I used to take a fish oil supplement and have stopped. I guess I will have to drag that back out again. My mom makes these flax seed energy balls. I wonder if that would work. And I wonder if she would make them for me. :) I would have been better to go outside and lick the pine trees over drinking that tea.
