I am a firm believer in Zumba. I absoultely lover it. I have lost a lot of weight with Zumba being my main source of Cardio. It is a lot of fun and you can't tell that you are working out. I feel like I am just dancing. I am drenched when I am finished. I do Zumba 5 to 6 times a week! Definitely reccommened giving it a try!

I completed yesterday's and todays! In addition to my 45 minute Yoga class and 60 minute Zumba class! Felt great pushing myself to get these done!! Congrats to everyone who did these today!

What has worked for me is calorie counting. I have been very successful at using this method. It is the easiest that I have found possible because I can treat myself and still keep it in my calories for the day. I have also started eating more frequently. I try to eat something every two to three hours. The biggest thing…

I love my YMCA. This is where I workout almost every day of the week. I do the majority of the classes there, and have tried them all. I love the staff and the instructors to my classes have become great friends. I had met so many incredible people through the YMCA!

Hence my name I am a ZUMBA lover! It is my cardio of choice! I don't even realize that I am working out for an hour it goes so fast! I have become really good friends with my Zumba instructors (I have 3 different ones) all in one facility! Definitely give it a try.

My favorite shoes are Dual Fusions by Nike. They are very comfortable! I own several pairs. I also recommend Reebox Reezig-they have become my favorite shoes to Zumba in.

I LOVE body pump! It's my favorite class that I go to. I try to get everyone that I know to join it! It gets easier and you will be AMAZED at how much it starts to define your body and how strong you will get! I promise you that! Keep it up!

I am a firm believer in Zumba. I do it 4 to 5 times a week, and I have lost almost 40 pounds. It is really the only exercise I have been doing! Keep with it! You'll lose inches too so do your meaurements!

Thanks! I am at 37.6 to be exact, but very close to 40! I am a pretty big girl still but I am still very proud of my weight loss! How have you been doing with your weightloss?
