this is just what i was told, so i figured i would ask. my hubby knows i hang with ladies who are taken so this was the reason he came up with.

definately could be dehydrated, you may need electrolytes, your blood sugar may be off, it could be a number of things, i would say drink a gatorade, and eat a snack, preferably a carb and protein combo. and take it easy. hope this helps!

personally ld say never to sacrifice family time for workout time. yes, working out is important. but family is even more important. and if your keeping with your diet needs theres no reason you cant enjoy some family time without regrets!
