i try to plan ahead every day, i find that when i dont, im prone to make more haste decisions to fill the hunger void and those decisions are not always good... im all for pre-planning! :D

steamed corn tortillas are great for you! little fat and little sodium! and way more filling then the flour kind, they are amazing! you can use them for anything that you would use a flour tortilla for!

its a possibility that it isnt level, i have the biggest loser scale and it was doing that to me till i started using my level and leveling it out with a magazine... now it doesnt matter where i set it :)

i use slim in 6 and its a great program! i have a bad knee so i did the first level for 2 weeks rather than one but its very low impact and even with the first level i could literally watch the "sadlebags" melt right off! it works great! im currently using the first level with 4 lb ankle weights until im ready to move up…

^ this!!! i actually get it too, and i can tell when ive had too much water and not enough salt. sometimes it will happen if when i drink when im thirsty, if i drink to much with little salt, boom! i get a headache...

went to this site to test it out, and according to its required measurements my results were 14.2% body fat... and again, with use of calipers im19% so this site placed me grossly under my actual percent. only proves my point that online calculators will not be your best choice in measurement

depends on the brand, some are lower in sodium and some are higher for some strange reason, for example the ones i get are 220 mg of sodium per pickle, not too high but not low either...

if all it is is dry roasted peanuts with the same amount of grams id say its the same, i cant see how alter the state of the nut would change its calorie content... but thats just my opinion :)

No need to feel bad for something thats happened in the past, the best that you can do is try to be stronger willed and make better decisions for the future! i personally dont feel like the every now and again indulgence is bad for a person if you MEANT to... but feeling like you did something…

agreed 100%! its sad to see the younger generations following the habits of the older generations and what we as average americans eat on the daily. and it is only us (the older generations) that can hopefully lead the younger people and kids in a better direction for their health and quality of life .

i agree about the carbs like another user mentioned. also, oroweat sandwich thins are great whole wheat "buns" and have only 100 cals! they will fill you up more due to the nutrition and wont be costly on your waistline, also, i used to love bread. to be honest i would sometimes just take a piece of bread and squish it…
