try to bring a snack that contains lots of fiber, it will keep you fuller longer and i find only when im hungry does work food smell good... i KNOW its hard, i resist ever sunday my work orders pizza ( :explode: ) but i always make sure i bring a lunch and a snack... so that delicious smelling pizza, not so tempting…

Im actually zig-zagging at the moment but i leave them set, and i look for net calories, but this is my first week so we'll see how that method works or if i should be looking at just cals in alone.

i would try letting them know that this is for your health, and not to lose weight... most people dont understand a change to a healthier diet unless they care about what they put into their body. trust me, when you are looking fit and fabulous they'll be begging to have the will to do what you have done!

I have the slim in 6 series and i love it! its low impact but the first couple weeks i just watched my "saddle bags" melt away! i dont now many exercises that are so low impact but get you sweating like that. Pretty amazing if you ask me :) and once you get started, you wont want to stop!

the best advice for this is... dont let what you cant do stop you from what you can do. :) it may seem difficult but you can try modified versions of moves or try doing less reps. the more you do the more your body will strengthen until you can achieve the full move. hope this was helpful! and remember, believe in yourself…

I realize that most women do not bulk up, and some do. without the aid of "juice". i dont need to lift anything and i use a resistance band and am gaining muscle like crazy. that was the only advice i had to offer according to my experience.

People who are thin but have a high % body fat are called skinny-fat. You dont want to be that, trust me. If you do workouts that will tone your body and not bulk it up, your on the right track! the best way ive found to not bulk up is to use resistance training which can be done with resistance bands or light weights.…

i use only slim in 6 at the moment and on the days where i have limited time or am sick i use start it up (first level) and do it in my socks :) but for the other 2 levels i do it in shoes because the resistance band hurts to stand on and pull up in the arc of my foot, not sure if it matters in a sense however if its good…

The "Cook this, Not that 350 calorie meals" book by author David Zinczenko is AMAZING, i just recently bought the book and have tried 2 recipes so far and they are AMAZING! i look forward to trying more!!! Not to mention the book on amazon is only like 13 bucks!

I completely understand your problem, i as well have people in my life who do that to me. From everything I've read, being active and having arthritis can be done, but possibly doing exercises that are low impact and counting calories can keep the weight comin off without harming your knees further. Hope this help!
