I would not do it. Losing so quickly and by eating in a way you can't continue long term is setting yourself up to regain the weight. I would spend the time you have until you leave learning how to make good decisions and being active.

4 weeks ago I could do 50 sit ups in a row. Today I took my final test, and did 310! Woo!

I started using Endomondo a few weeks ago and love it! Unfortunately, with summer here and the kids out of school, I have to find other ways of getting my exercise, but come Fall, I'll be back out there tracking my walks:)

My loss has taken me 2 1/2 years. It ends up being about 3/4 lb/week. But it doesn't come off that steadily. I'll go weeks where I am losing steadily, then not at all for weeks. But I know I am doing the right things, I just have to stay with it. Considering my past track record, I could have put on another 50-100 pounds…

You can add me:) Welcome! The last time I was at or near my goal weight, I was a Freshman or Sophomore in high school (I'm also 35). I've tried 'diet' after 'diet', but this is what has worked. This is real life-eat well, and exercise. Be aware of what my body is doing.

Congrats! I've basically given it up, as well. I still occasionally have a small amount, but most of the time, I'd rather use my calories in other ways. It is just hard to justify drinking so many calories.

Took my exhaustion test for the end of week 4. 80 in a row:) that's 30 better than my initial test.

Well, according to this, I'm a spoon, but I beg to differ! My waist is over 6" smaller than my bust and almost 9" smaller than my hips. I'm an hourglass, darn it! My bust is 2.25" smaller than my hips. That misses the mark by less than 1/2".
