I usually say "Nah, I'm good... I don't want it." :happy: If they persist, I repeat. Usually they'll go about their business. A few of my friends are the worst about being "food pushers", but they usually back off when I stand my ground and insist that I don't WANT it. :bigsmile:

I would say... that due to my weight fluctuating so much lately I weigh myself several times a week. Kind of in between daily and weekly. :happy: There are days when I'll weigh more than once in the day, but mostly less than daily and more than once a week. :blushing:
