" ive started running again after being injured for a while and i love running so i think i overdid that as well. running about 35 min a day, so not much but i have not run for about 4 months. thanks for the feedback, when i check out net caloies for the day in the app im at 1000/1200, which is, quite frankly, a little crazy so im going to ramp this back up to break even levels for a week. no, no vitamins. im actually looking forward to eating 2200 cals a day for a bit here. I hope i didnt slow my metabolism too badly.

2200 BMR for me is desk job BMR so i think it includes walking around the poffice, getting groceries, etc.. I add what i eat and subtract when i run.

yeah, im going to try to eat more calories in the morning and have more of them be carbs

ive done them most every week the whole time, sometimes going WAY overboard.. seems its ok, you get 1 mulligan a week (one night off, food/booze, go crazy)

well, its not the weekend so im not drinking any of the wine unfortunately, but... thanks for the replys i knew some of the calories must be burning oif. Its pretty much just stiiing there under a hot broiler. So if i made something in the crockpot i wont have to count the wine i add, i guess ill add lots :)

thanks maybe ill make my own, i do that with everything else. i wish i had one of those big deli slicers. I guess this is one thing i would go to whole foods for.

just eat the same thing (within reason) over and over. save them under meals, then its a two button press to track the 'meal' i love tracking, i know exactly what ive taken in and expended, its working.
