Am Saroja from India. Need to lose at least 30 kg in the first leg. Been losing the same 3 kg for the past 4 years :) even a week of no exercise or a bit wayward eating gets it right back. But been exercising regularly and hence feel better and stronger. hoping that writing in here will make me more committed. Burnt 450…

not bad at all. i did about 13 pounds, again less than planned but still a start :)

Very nice, Donna. i have done as well as i hoped but still getting somewhere - down from 206 to 198. lost a few inches in the waist and hips too.

i don't about the others, but it did help me a bit...i have lost about 7 pounds so far and may well hit the 20 by oct 25th. i am now 199 down from 206.

am back to 202 :(. when i travel, even if i try and exercise enough, it is so difficult to figure out what to eat especially if it involves eating with clients and catching up with friends

not a good week . went up and come back then down to 200.

From 206 to 201 to 200. Not much happened this week. Probably need to amp up exercise. Don't think i can eat any lesser :)

Simba i know that feeling. days of workout give you nothing, and then suddenly one day, some weight drops and then two days of no workouts and its all back. It is a true roller coaster

has anybody tried any of the diets she has written about. A while ago i had tried the cabbage/GM diet. it does help kickstart the loss but difficult to sustain.

I think if you keep about 300-700 calories deficit from your allotted 1200 +exercise you should be okay. That may give you some leeway for days that you slip
