Have you tried coconut water? I find that really refreshing and depending on the brand, can be as low as 8 calories /100 ml. Not calorie free, but still pretty low considering how amazing it is!

I asked my friend about this who has a degree in sport and nutrition science and apparently if you dont eat them back you are going to do damage. Check online first... but if that is a no go... or everything is massively calorific then I just go for the non--creamiest, non fried-est thing on the menu, or salad without dressing (yes I am that person). I have also claimed to be lactose intolerant so that I could get pizza without cheese ... hehehe.

I use a lot of fruit (boring I know), weight watchers yogurts, fage greek yogurt with berries, muesli bars (if im going to work out), light hot chocolate, sometimes a diet desert. I love my sweets.

Yeah, It sounds abit rediculous to cut out fruit in a low calorie diet because it is making you fat. You are meant to loose weight slowly, its the healthy way to loose it. id say the sneaky icecream would do more damage (oh wait thats me).

I moved from Australia to london 3 months ago and fell off the wagon :(. The change in lifestyle completely distroyed my exercise routine and killed my diet. I gained back 5 kg of the 11 I had lost. Happy to say that I am back on the wagon as of 5 days ago... :D good bye excess belly jelly!

There is no quick fix solution to weight-loss! Eat healthy, control your portion size, and exercise - that is the only way to go.
