Does it get rid of the deep stretch marks or only small red ones? From my teenage years, I have so many deep white stetch marks from a growth spurt. My new stretch marks are red and hopefully won't develop into the deep ones.

Thanks everyone for the support! I know that I haven't been healthy but it makes me sad to know that people around me haven't said a word. At least I know I can have some encouragement here. I know it's been only day 1 of healthy eating but I feel optimistic. I'm hoping I will be back to normal by the end of September. I…

That's a good idea. I need a jump start and then I will increase calories once I can train my body to run again. Two months ago I could easily run a few miles. Yesterday I could barely run without being out of breath and sluggish. It's very terrifying how a body can easily get out of shape in such a short time. I stopped…

Already lost some water weight from today! I was 163 this morning and now after eating dinner I'm under 160! :)

Thank you! You've given me hope! I just need to get out of this funk and be happy again. I tend to overeat when I'm stressed.

Today after eating only raw vegetables, fruits, steamed fish, and drinking tons of fluids... I've already dropped 3-4 pounds. I look less bloated in my face. I think most of the water retention is gone.

5 pounds in 2 weeks isn't so bad. I could easily gain that in a day due to water weight and a stomach full of food. How are you doing with keeping 1200 calories a day? It's difficult for me considering I could eat that much in a sitting. Having cravings doesn't help. :/

I'm going to attempt to eat only 1200 calories a day and workout more often. I'm going to do whatever it takes to get back to my normal weight. I still can't believe I gained 20 pounds in a month. This is the largest weight I have ever been. I just need encouragement I suppose.
