I a mom of 2 little girls and started in Jan. training for my 1st half in April. I've only been running for about a year consistently. Before that I had ever excuse in the book to not go to the gym. Feel free to friend me...I'm always looking for others to help with accountability!

I looked at the menu and here is what I think: The stuffed peppers don't look too bad, grilled chicken sandwich without the bun, grilled mahi mahi, no potatoes extra veggies? I think the fresh fish or the grilled chicken would be the best options...

I workout around 10am everyday for an hour. By the time I'm done it's close to lunch I will have a protein shake that I make myself at home (around 150 calories) and then eat lunch by 1230-1pm.

I'm trying to get used to eating oatmeal....I just bought Betteroats, Oat revolution maple and brown suger instant packs.

Right there with ya sister....work from home, 2 little girls, sports and clubs abound....it's hard to drag myself to the gym.....and I like my wine at night! That's the hard part for me, giving up my wine!

I love the early morning sprinklers! I also get up and go early.....I hate getting up that early but it's the only time to do it and I know in the back of my head that I will feel awesome when I'm done!

I've just started doing P90x and from what I can see the alloted calorie amounts are what you need to eat to maintain your weight. You need to subtract either 500 (1lb a week) or 1000 (2lbs a week) from that total. That puts me around 1400 a day. If I ate 2400 cal a day I'd be gaining weight!
