I've done strong lifts and NROLFW and unfortunately am unable to afford a personal trainer... do you have any suggestions on what i should change? Or, do you know of any other good program

Don't listen to people saying you cant fix it! It's definately fixable. I recommend you check out the mutu system :)

i am at a comfortable weight but i would like to ditch these love handles.. thinking i may need to lose like 5 lbs of fat., but mostly would like to gain muscle

I dont know my body fat percentage at the moment... as for the 5k, its something im just doing for myself... i am using the couch to 5k app.

I dont know what TDEE really is... but i just used a calculator and it says 1741 calories a day... does that mean i should eat 1741 cals?!? I will have to check out that book, this is all so confusing!!
