Strong Lifts 5x5 and cardio
I am only able to get to the gym 3 times a week. I've done strong lifts before and like the simplicity.. But I'd like to also incorporate cardio (i am working on building stamina and endurance as this is something I've struggled with forever) has anyone done strong lifts with cardio afterwards? Can exercising in the morning really give you energy throughout the day?

Alcohol and weight loss
I like to enjoy a beer (kokanee) or two in the evenings to wind down, but i really dont want it to interfere with my weight loss (i know i know i should quit drinking alcohol). Hey ladies. Question. i am just starting on stronglifts because i want to increase my strength.. however, i also want to increase my stamina in running. i have kids so its hard to go to the gym everyday.. should i do running on the treadmill before and after my stronglift workout?
