Are the routines on Jefit any good?

I am new to fitness.. wanted to do stronglifts but the gym i just signed a contract with does not even have a squat rack
Booooo! I found a routine on jefit that seems promising but i have no idea what a good routine is
Can you guys take a look at these and tell me what you think?

is there a cooling off period for contracts in your state? Maybe you can void it and go to a real gym.0

unfortunately not
the cancellation would be a hefty cost and i cant afford it right now...

Well, generally any program that has you stick to the main lifts (as best as you can) and avoid isolation as a beginner, AND plan for increases, is going to be OK
