Need help finding good fitness routine

I am having a hard time finding a good fitness routine. I want to commit to going to the gym 5 days a week.
My goal is to lose 20 lbs, but also, I am not able to run for even 1 minute, so I want to build my stamina via treadmill as well.
Anyone willing to share their workout routine? or suggest anything? I've tried NROLFW and it was just too boring for me and didnt motivate me enough to commit.
