Its not exactly a recipe but here's what I do

    1) pick a protein: chicken, beef, turkey, salmon ---however is easy for you to prepare, whole chicken in crockpot, ground beef on stove, salmon cooked in oven, doesn't matter. I cook up a bunch when I do this, usually on the weekend or one weeknight.

    2) Add a green veggie. Doesn't have to be green, just what we do. Leafy greens (spinach, kale, chard), broccoli, green beans, zucchini I always have frozen veggies in my freezer so I can just steam and eat if I need to.

3)Add healthy fats. Avocados, olive oil, coconut oil, are all great options. I use olive oil & spices as salad dressing al the time, sometimes I add avocado in the dressing, sometimes I just cube it and add to whatever I'm having. I've also used the olive oil dressing on broccoli & green beans for added flavor. The healthy fats will keep you full. I primarily use coconut oil for cooking since it has a higher smoke point than olive oil.

    4) Spices are my friend and could be yours too. These are what makes this "plan" workable for my fiancée and I. We don't eat the same foods all the time and while I cook the protein up at one time with one seasoning, I add different things each night we eat it so it's a little different. Garlic powder, onion powder, basil, rosemary, dill, thyme, oregano, paprika, are my always to have around. I get dried herbs and spices as they are cheaper and last longer. I also love cumin and chili powder.

Hope this helps give you some ideas!
