  • Well, as expected I gained weight. Thankfully, It was only 2 oz. I am happy about that. Hoping that as it gets closer to spring my walking can pick up. The only goal I have today is to get my steps.
  • For the last couple of days I have gone way over my calories. But today, I am starting fresh. I had a 240 calorie breakfast this morning. Need to get my walk in yet. Walked to the post office yesterday. Forgot there was no mail Hoping to get back on track and to not have too much of a gain on the next weigh in.
  • I weigh almost everyday. I only really count 1. I started my weight loss on the 4th of the month at 10:30 am. So every month on the 4th is my official weigh in. For the good or bad.

  • Congratulations! I to had to make a plan that would not be one-size-fits-all. I feel it is working for me. I look at your before and after pictures and think I will be there, one day. Good luck when you lose the last 2 pounds and you go into maintenance. For me, when I get there I think that will be harder then losing.

  • Since I started on my weight loss journey in June 2014. I have lost 46.5 inches over all. Don't have a goal on inches but,.......I feel very happy with the inches lost so far.

  • My goals today were to walk to the post office and work. As I have been very tired this week I didn't get to the post office ,but I did walk to and from work. Goals for tomorrow are to try and get my step and drink my water.

  • Didn't get all my goals met today. 3 cups of water away from getting 10 cups in. Didn't get off work yesterday till almost 3am this morning. So I slept in today, and didn't get to the post office. I have been walking to work the last 2 days so that is something.
