  • I am still here. The weigh in tomorrow will not be a good one for me. Hoping that I have not gained past my starting weight. Looking forward to the summer challenge were I am planning on kicking butt on my weight loss and with my exercise.

  • I have a pair of jeans that is size 14. Didn't think I could wear them yet. Put them on Monday, they fit. The last pair of jeans that I bought was a size 18.

  • Have not been doing well on calories this past couple of weeks. Steps have been gotten. As the weather gets nicer I will be drinking more water. As spring starts on the 20, I have decided that that will to my new start day.(As I have really been bad) Hoping to get close to my weight loss goal by the end of this challenge.

  • I have not been on her for almost a week. gained, but knew would. just glad it was not as much as I thought it would be. As the weather is warming, I will start getting in my walks. Just need to work on getting better sleep. My sleep last night was only 85%. So my goal for tonight is to try to get a better quality of sleep.
