I am working with my Fitbit on keeping track of my calories burned/ used and calories eaten. My daily goal is to walk 10,000 steps daily. A Fitbit goal next for me is 20,000 in a day. Hi, I started losing weight June 4 2014. So far I have lost 25 pounds. I have been told that it's better to lose weight slow,......but I think this is a little to slow.
