Before leaving the restroom, I do any of the following: - Jumping Jacks - Rope Jump (w/o rope LOL) - Kicks - Lunges - Side Lunges - Squats - Push-ups against sink counter - And I take a 20min break and do a brisk walk around the area. Little by little, and something is better than nothing =)

  • Maybe you've already found your answer, but just in case I'm new to the program just 1 week old =) ....but I also did my research, since I thought it wasn't fair push-up, situps, lunges and so forth didn't count as calories burned.   • I love Jillian Michaels' workouts, she's a killer. I also like Billi Blanks Jr. if I just feel like dancing. There is a another trainer I enjoy but I can't remember her name. I'll check tonight and I'll be glad to share more details. Which ones have you done?
