Exercise at work

I have my activity level set to light active. I'm a cahier at a retail store so sometimes all I do is stand there. In days I move more, would it be more accurate if I add in those exercise? If I work 8 hours maybe put 60 min for walking all day. 30 min of cleaning, etc. ?? My calorie intake without exercise is 1200. Any advice would be great!!

I sit at a desk staring at a computer for 8+ hours... and was trying to figure out the same thing. I brought my bike to work (I have a truck) and rode it on my lunch our a few times. Also (and I know this sounds really wacky), every time I go into the restroom I do 10 jumping jacks before I come out. Thankfully nobody hears me, lol.
If you come up with any other ideas, I would LOVE to hear them.0 -
I do the same at work. Before leaving the restroom, I do any of the following:
- Jumping Jacks
- Rope Jump (w/o rope LOL)
- Kicks
- Lunges
- Side Lunges
- Squats
- Push-ups against sink counter
- And I take a 20min break and do a brisk walk around the area.
Little by little, and something is better than nothing0
