Yes its possible...you logging sounds extremely random and incomplete. Weigh all you food. Log all your food whether its a binge or not....the weekly averages are what matters. You are kidding yourself if you think you are eating 1200 on average

False. Your metabolism only stops when you die. People who ate undereating definitely lose weight although its not healthy.

Your description of what you eat doesn't provide almost enough info...weight , oils its cooked with etc If you aren't losing weight then you aren't eating a deficit

You don't need to do the Atkins diet to lose weight. Just eat a deficit.

When I was at my fatest I felt I was bloated but it was just fat. The dr might give u a water pill but it won't help much...just lose weight
