  • Just pretend you're Rocky Balboa
  • LOVE IT! But my eyes got worse before they got better, but they did get better. Before surgery I was legally blind needing contacts and reading glasses. Now after 3 months I don't even need the reading glasses. Make sure you go to a very reputable Dr. and the Valium was appreciated. Very weird experience, but painless.
  • as soon as I felt ok, only a few days.
  • I do want to be with him. He does have problems like everyone else. I won't give up on him. It is just frustrating because I don't know how to help him and I think this may be something he has to do on his own. I will have to stop worrying about him and do my own thing.[/quote] This is me, too.
  • I chew a lot of Extra mint or peppermint gum. It seems to discourage me from eating anything after because my breath I nice.
  • Thanks for the advice, I was concerned that I really hurt something. RoxannMarro describes it perfectly, eventually it gets better with walking. Tylenol 500mg is a wonderful thing!
  • Thanks, you're probably right about not doing it. I've been squatting for about 2 months. It hurts after sitting but gets better as I walk around. I just hope it's not permanent damage. And just when I was beginning to see progress! I'm just annoyed.
  • Wonderful story, I was looking for something like this today. It's so cold here, it makes it hard to get moving. I'm fighting the urge to hibernate. And, is that Matt Smith??! I'm so jealous! Definitely motivating, though. Maybe if he'd come to Wisconsin...

  • Also, don't go to fast until you are really ready. That's a major cause of pf.
  • I developed horrible pf in both feet a few years ago and had to stop running. Expensive inserts and no running helped with the healing. I think for me it mostly comes down to form so I decided to start slowly with minimal shoes for walking to build up foot strength and find my natural gate and last year I purchased a pair…
  • Hi, I'm glad the gluten free thing is working for some people, but I also love bread (and other carbs) too much to give it up. I have realized that all carbs are not made the same. Anything that has a lot of sugar and has been bleached and over processed I no longer considered food. That goes for everything from crackers,…
  • Just want to add, that neila rey site is very cool! At least, I think it is.
  • Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is kicking my butt! Circuit seems to be best of both worlds.
  • Thanks Amyzc, that seem to make sense. On the Exercise Database, both circuit training and body weight training for 20 minutes end up with 230 cal burned and the Shred includes a lot of cardio. I quit just when I was seeing results. I'm also still on Level 1, but have increased my weights for some of the exercises from 3lb…
  • One question- How do you record 30day shred in the exercise log? I did the shred for about 2 weeks than just stopped. I know it depends a lot on individual intensity but I would like an idea how many calories I've burned and see the difference on my daily log-in. Any ideas?
  • Hi Sue_stef, thank you! I love vacationing up there, usually camping in the Nicolet. Someday I would like to buy a little shack up there, on a lake of course. Congratulations on 76lbs lost!! You will have to tell me if escaping from Milwaukee helped. I'd be willing to try that.
