  • It can be done. I am finishing Insanity and do Zumba also two times a week, so on those days I do two workouts in a day. Do keep in mind that the 2nd month of Insanity is harder, more intense and longer workouts than the 1st month. The 1st week of the second month I did not have the time/energy to do anything else.
  • If you are running for 5 mins at your top speed and then walking for 1-2mins, it sounds like interval training and I've heard that those are even better for you than running the whole time at a set speed!!
